I am slave carol and I am one of the founding members of MAsT Wilmington DE. I served as a the Jr-Co Director for 3 months, and then

the elected Director for the last year.As the Director I was able to successfully guide the Chapter through a flourishing first year,

helping, sponsoring, and supporting the community whenever possible. In its first year MasT: Wilmington DE, sponsored Folsom

Street East, Financially supported the northeast Master and slave of the year 2010 whenever possible, hosted 3 Educational Days,

were a gold sponsor of MsC in 2010, and will be a gold sponsor of MsC again in 2011. Held an out reach meeting at Boot Camp III,

Sponsored The M/s track at Boot Camp IV, held an out reach meeting at Boot Camp IV, are a collecting group for I Love It In The Can and more.

 

I am also one of the moderators of The Submissive S.C.E.N.E., The host of The Gate Munch, and active member of NDD/s. I volunteer for

Operation I Love It In The Can by making logos for all the different states and groups involved. I have built and maintained websites for NDD/s,

Boot Camp III, and Boot Camp IV, MAsT: Wilmington DE, The Submissive S.C.E.N.E, The Gate. I have assisted with the vetting process for

the National Safe Call Network and for MAsT: Wilmington DE. I also volunteer through out the community in various other ways whenever possible.

 

I believe in MAsT and what it offers the community, which is why I feel I am a good candidate to serve for another year as Director for this chapter.

I carry a deep passion for the various types of power exchange relationships. I believe I can maintain and enhance the vision of inclusion rather than

exclusion. I will continue to serve, rather than dictate, and continue to help the chapter grow. It would be my pleasure, and honor to serve this

Chapter for another year.

 I’m DaddiPanther and for the past 15 years I have been in power exchange relationships to varying degrees. I believe that although

we (this group) works within the M/s dynamic that we all have the right to live our personal dynamic as we deem fit. I believe everyone

has a story and in sharing our individual stories we help to build each other up. This is one of the elements of MAsT currently in place

that I love. I’m also a current member of NDDs. Although I’m not a founding member of MAsT, I entered the group when it was in the

provisional stage and have been fortunate to watch it grow to what it is today. I feel that I can offer different perspective as I’m currently

not in a formal M/s relationship (although I have had long term ones in the past). I know for some reason coming into a group that is

predominantly couples can be daunting. I would love to be one of the point persons that work not only with the current chapter members

but also reaching out to those who don’t feel like they quite “fit in” within this dynamic because they don’t have a partner yet.
 
As well as being able to work independently on chapter matters, I work very well within a team. I believe respect is something that every

group of people who work together needs and I have respect for every member of our membership.
 
I attended the Master/slave conference 2010 and helped with the security team as a volunteer. Also I, along with most attendees to

NDDs Bootcamp 2011, volunteered my time as well as contributing to the building efforts. I believe in leather as a lifestyle and community

and any efforts I can put forth to contribute to it, I do my best to assist. I also closely identify with the leather values of honor, integrity,

respect, etiquette, protocol, service, manners and personal responsibility.
 
On top of being a team player I’m very good at organizational and administrative duties. I want to see the chapter grow. I think we are truly

a model of what works in group settings and I will work with other members of the board to carry on the elements that work as well as

looking for ways to make the chapter better.
